Of the five companies we contacted to take on the project, Econoloft proved to be the most professional during the initial stages from the first appointment, drawing up the plans, planning application, and ensuring everything was in place to start on the appointed day.The project was the conversion of a double hip gable roof which entailed the construction of a completely new roof. The construction, led by head joiner Sotir and his team, was completed in an impressive eight weeks and the quality of the workmanship from each trade, plasterer, plumber and electrician was first class. Always happy to go that extra mile Sotir ensured the smooth running of the construction with minimal inconvenience. A job of this size will always present unforeseen potential problems, but Sotir was always able to suggest solutions drawing on his considerable experience.We are very happy with the new space created and congratulate all involved on a well-managed and executed project. As a dedicated loft conversion company, we undertake all planning for attic conversions across the UK. One of our architectural technicians will visit your home to measure the space and discuss designs before producing technical drawings, which are signed off by you.

Sales Representative - For work in Greater London or the Home Counties

We have opportunities for motivated individuals to join our well-established company. You must have experience in the building trade and 2 years’ sales experience as well as a full driving licence. All appointments are pre-assessed and booked in advance to a schedule that suits you, although you will be expected to work evenings and weekends.

Joiner/Fitting Teams

Excellent opportunities in the Home Counties for skilled loft conversion fitters. You must be customer focused and have your own tools and transport. 1st and 2nd fix joinery are also necessary, as is the ability to work from technical drawings unsupervised.
