• Econoloft surveyors and designers are technical experts - who you will deal with from day one - no pressure from sales people!
• We have our own drawing office where your plans are drawn up by our own draughtsmen, using the latest technology.
• Econoloft's own structural experts will ensure work is designed and calculated to meet stringent building regulations.
• The steel work is fabricated by our own welding department - made to measure in our own workshop.
• Our contracts department will ensure the paperwork side is all taken care of, ensuring smooth installation progress.
• Your new staircase will be individually designed and made to suit your situation.
• We have our own warehouse where we can store materials, allowing us to buy in bulk and pass the savings onto our customers.
• Materials will be delivered to the site by our own people, using our own transport, often using a hoist so materials can be transferred direct into the loft and not through your house.
• Your installation will be carried out by experienced trades people.
• An independent regulatory service (Aedis Ltd, Building Control Specialist) inspects each installation throughout for your satisfaction and total peace of mind.
